The Role
We are looking for a mid-weight Frontend Shopify Developer to take Figma designs and turn them into fast, pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify storefronts. You will work across multiple client projects, collaborating with designers, PMs, and senior developers.
We expect clean code, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in always bettering your craft. You constantly strive to understand the latest Shopify updates, apps and integrations and are excited by innovations in the industry.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing responsive, performant Shopify storefronts from Figma designs using Liquid, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript
- Building custom theme sections and blocks that are easy for clients to configure via the Shopify customiser
- Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across all builds
- Working within WIRO's Git workflow: feature branches, pull requests, code reviews, structured deployments
- Participating in client meetings to provide technical input and manage expectations on frontend feasibility
- Conducting frontend-focused audits on existing stores, identifying performance issues, code quality problems, and opportunities for improvement
- Producing clear documentation and maintaining code quality through consistent standards
- Customising third-party Shopify apps to match brand guidelines without compromising performance
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of frontend development, with hands-on Shopify theme work
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS/SCSS
- Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid and theme architecture (sections, blocks, metafields, metaobjects)
- Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready code with attention to responsiveness and performance
- Comfortable with Git. Branching, PRs, merge conflict resolution
- Awareness of Shopify's evolving theme landscape (Dawn, Horizon, Blocks architecture)
